How we built Rx search
A core part of plan selection is making sure members can get the prescriptions they need at a price they can afford. It turns out "drugs" are deceptively complex — the way a patient thinks about their medication is very different from how it's represented at the pharmacy and insurance layer. Here's how we bridged those gaps.
