Enrollment invite waiting periods

We updated the employer enrollment invites UI to give employers more control over when employees get enrollment invites. Employers can now choose to immediately invite employees, apply a 30 or 60 day waiting period, or use a manual invite (same as the previous experience).

When selecting a waiting period, employers can also specify whether it starts from today or the employee's start date — and for every combination of selections, dynamic copy clearly communicates the enrollment window length, start date, and the earliest employees can expect coverage. This change removes the manual math employers previously had to do themselves, helps them stay compliant faster, and gives them a clearer, more confident experience end-to-end. This feature is broadly available.
